Application/Registration Forms for new and returning students

So many wonderful things happen in a child’s life between the first day of Pre-Kindergarten and High School graduation. Registration Process

New families who would like to enroll for the current school year may begin the process at any time. For those interested in enrolling their child(ren) for the start of a new school year, registration begins at the Open House each year. Open House for the 2007-2008 school year is March 29, from 6-8 pm. Please contact the Catholic Schools at 456-7970 for more information.

The registration process is broken into four steps:

1. An application must be filled out and submitted with $25.00 to the school.
2. An interview with you and your child(ren) will be scheduled with the school principal.
3. Families will be contacted regarding acceptance to the school.
4. Upon acceptance, an appointment will be arranged to fill out a Tuition Agreement Form and other necessary paperwork.
