Hey Folks –
I will be available between 10:30-11:30am Monday through Friday from now until July 24. Appointment times are set to 30 minutes, but if you believe you need more time than that, please schedule more than one block. You can schedule an appointment on my calendar (click the "Check-in with Ms. Krause" button on the day and time of your choosing) or send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
When you schedule, let me know if you’re planning to meet online via Google Meet, or if you’d rather come to the school. HIPAA requirements for tele-health have been made more flexible by the US Department of Health & Human Service but you may prefer to meet in person. That’s totally OK! Should you prefer to meet in-person, you’ll need to wear a face mask to enter the school, and we’ll meet in a large classroom (not my office), to provide for social distancing.
I’m available to students, alumni, and parents, to discuss a variety of issues including:
For issues beyond the scope of my school counseling license, I will refer people to appropriate local resources.
I hope that you’re all well, enjoying the summer, and that we’re all back together soon!
With Peace and Love,
Dear CSF families,
I hope you are enjoying the start of your summer. These beautiful days are such a blessing. As we officially move into June, you are likely wondering about our fall plans for Catholic Schools of Fairbanks. Some have inquired: Will we have school? If we do have school, what will school be like? These are important questions. I want to assure you that YES, we will have school. The tentative start date is August 17.
The CSF leadership team has been busy researching and mapping out the best course of action for our schools. The health and safety of our students, staff, and CSF families is at the heart of planning. Because this is an evolving situation, we will need to be flexible and ready to adapt to change. We have identified some viable scenarios for this fall and will very soon ask for your feedback. Please look for another email in the near future.
While I can't give definitives right now, I will share this:
Thank you for your continued support and prayers as we move forward.
