The Catholic Schools of Fairbanks is the only one-to-one iPad educational institution in the state of Alaska. These iPads open doors to all kinds of educational opportunities. Here's an example:
Earlier this year, six Monroe Catholic Junior and Senior High students worked with Mammoth Marketing to produce three videos.
The project started with a short class on iPad video techniques. Students learned how to keep the interview questions rolling while holding their iPads steady. They also learned about the importance of light, subject framing and what background noise can do to video audio.
Students captured all of the video on their iPads before turning the footage over to Mammoth Marketing for final production work. Their videos can be seen below. Great job, students!
Tyler Williams from Mammoth Marketing worked with Monroe Junior and Senior High students Angelica Stabs, Sam Bloom, Eric Weis, Matt Walter, IvaLea Packee and Kip Angaiak.
