Friday, October 2: Ceiling Set-Up

• 6:00 pm
  • 8 volunteers needed to help put up our fabulous ceiling decorations ​

Wednesday, October 7: Table Setters

• 5:00 pm
  • 14 volunteers needed to help make the HIPOW dinner settings look fabulous

Saturday, October 10: Dessert Auction

• 45 delicious desserts needed from fabulous bakers
  • Delivered at noon on Saturday, October 10 to the MF Office
  • Please provide a picture of the dessert
  • Please present desserts on nice platters or dishes.
    • We will have some dessert platters to choose from, if needed. 
  • If possible, please cover desserts or place in a box
  • HIPOW can provide refrigeration if dessert needs to be chilled

Saturday, October 10: Raffle Sellers

• 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm
  • 4 volunteers needed to help sell tickets for our 50/50 raffle
  • Must be 21+

Saturday, October 10: Stage Presenters

• 6:00 pm -10:00 pm 
  • 6 volunteers needed to help hold up display signs and auction items on stage during the live auction. 
  • Wear formal attire appropriate for stage presentations and bring your Vanna White energy! 
  • Must be 21+

Saturday, October 10: Waitstaff​

• 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm 
  • 40 volunteers needed to serve Saturday’s formal dinner and assist in the kitchen
  • Wear a white shirt and black pants and we provide the rest. It's a good time!
  • Must be 21+

​Saturday, October 10: Dessert Prep

• 6:45 pm
  • 6 volunteers will help prep desserts 
  • Must be 21+

Saturday, October 10: Dinner Prep (TWO SHIFTS)

• 1:30 pm - 4:30 pm 
  • 8 volunteers will help prepare antipasti and salads
  • 4:30 pm -9:00 pm 
  • 18 volunteers needed to help prepare and plate dinner 
  • Must be 21+

Saturday, October 10: Parking

• 4:30 pm - 8:00 pm 
  • 4 volunteers need to help direct parking  
  • Must be 21+

Saturday, October 10: Runners & Spotters

• 6:30-9:30 pm 
  • 18 volunteers needed for assisting with oral auction
  • Volunteers identify auction bidders (spotters) as well as assist with the oral auction invoices (runners)
  • Will require training meeting, time TBD 
  • Must be 21+

Saturday, October 10: Dishwashing

• 6:30 pm  
  • 6 volunteers needed for washing plates, utensils, and water glasses used for dinner
  • Must be 21+​

Sunday, October 11: Kitchen Clean Up Crew

• 7:00 am
  • 8 volunteers needed for washing remaining dishes and cleaning the kitchen

Sunday, October 11: Gym Clean Up Crew 

• 7:00 am 
  • 30-40 volunteers needed to help clean up after the HIPOW auctions
  • Involves moving auction items, tables and chairs. Get in a good workout!
