Dear CSF Parent/Guardian,
April tuition invoices were sent earlier this week. It's uncomfortable to send bills when our world has been turned upside down. Receiving bills isn't any more comfortable. That said, it's important we rally as a community in support of these schools to ensure the school year 2020-2021 starts off on solid ground. Given circumstances, if you find yourself unable to pay tuition in full, please reach out to our finance office ASAP via email. Let's work together on a payment plan. On the other hand, if you are on automatic monthly payments, and find yourself in a situation where you are able to pay off this year's tuition now, doing so would be of great help. This would enable us to work with families who need a bit more time to pay. Our goal is to provide the best education possible for your child(ren). Given the COVID-19 pandemic, our mode of delivery has changed, but the content and support remain consistent. We can celebrate the fact that our schools were uniquely situated to transition quickly to distance-delivery of education. We will continue to do our part as educators and are thrilled by the number of families who have rallied with us for the betterment of the entire school community. Thank you. If you have questions, email our finance office at: accounting@catholic-schools.org or vhuntcsf@catholic-schools.org. May God continue to strengthen you, your family, and our community during these challenging times. Amanda Angaiak, Director, CSF and President, MF, Inc. Ehren Schachle, Board Chair, CSF/MF, Inc. |
