After a family has been admitted to the school, our Finance Office will reach out to discuss tuition. Catholic Schools of Fairbanks is committed to making Catholic education affordable.

*Monroe Foundation, Inc. provides a gift of $130 per month per child. This money is fund-raised throughout the year through events including HIPOW, St. Patrick's Day Raffle, and the Spring Matching Fundraiser.
*The technology fee is billed annually and must be paid by August 7. Families with multiple students in grades 7-12 are eligible for a discount.

Catholic Parish Discount
Each local Catholic parish contributes to the operating budget of the schools. If your family is a registered member of a local Catholic parish, you are eligible for this discount.

Income-based Financial Aid
Catholic Schools of Fairbanks is committed to making Catholic education affordable. For this reason, we have developed a strong tuition assistance program. Each family requesting tuition assistance is asked to submit their financial information to a private third-party application administered by FACTS. FACTS Management Company is nationally recognized and used by Catholic schools across the country to award grants and financial aid. You will receive a link to FACTS from the Finance Office upon acceptance to the schools. Current families can email email@example.com to request the link.
If your family is not applying for tuition assistance, complete the following two forms and pay the tuition deposit ($100 per student or $200 per family). Forms can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or delivered to the school.
To notify the school of withdrawal, email email@example.com.
1. Students withdrawn prior to August 1 are eligible for a full tuition refund.
2. If a student withdraws between August 1 and the first day of school, tuition will be due for the entire month of August.
3. If a student withdraws after the first day of school, tuition will be due for the month in which notification is received plus one additional month. For example, if we are notified of withdrawal on August 15, tuition will be due for the entire month of August plus the month of September. If notified on September 30, tuition will be due for the months of September and October. Tuition is not prorated.
