Financial Aid and Grants 
Catholic Schools of Fairbanks is committed to making Catholic education affordable. 
For this reason, we have developed a strong income-based financial aid program. Each family requesting financial aid must submit their financial information to a private third-party application administered by FACTS.
​FACTS Management Company is nationally recognized and used by Catholic schools across the country to award financial aid and tuition assistance. 
Monroe Foundation, Inc.
Monroe Foundation, Inc.'s sole purpose is to support and advance the goals and programs of the Catholic Schools of Fairbanks. This money is fundraised throughout the year through generous donations and special events including HIPOW, the St. Patrick's Day Raffle, the Spring Matching Fundraiser.
Catholic Parish Discount
Each local Catholic parish contributes to the operating budget of the schools. If your family is a registered member of a local Catholic parish, you are eligible for this discount.
Refund Policy
​To notify the school of withdrawal, email [email protected]. 

​For families in the 12 month billing cycle:
  • If student is withdrawn before August 1, tuition will be refunded for July minus credit card fees.
  • If the withdrawal occurs AFTER July 31, July will not be refunded.

If a student withdraws anytime after August 1, the tuition will be due for the entire month in which notification is received. (Billing is done at the first of every month).
  • For example, if CSF is notified of withdrawal on October 2, tuition will be due for the entire month of October. Tuition is not prorated.

The following fees and deposits are non-refundable:
  • Application fee
  • Technology fees
  • Re-enrollment fees
  • Activity fees
