We welcome new student applications year-round—and we invite prospective students to join us for a Shadow Day! This is a great opportunity to walk in the shoes of a CSF student, paired with a peer guide who will share their day and answer questions in real time.

Enrollment Process

Online Application through FACTS
  • Create an Account with FACTS.
    1. You will receive an email containing a verification link
    2. Once your email address has been verified, log in to your account
    3. Create A New Student Application for your child.
    4. Complete and submit your application
  • To assist you in the application process, the list below are some of the documents that will be required for enrollment:
    1. Student(s) Birth Certificate
    2. Student(s) Current Immunization Records
    3. Most recent Report Card
    4. Request for Records Form​
  • A non-refundable $250.00 Application Fee is required per family.
    • To add a sibling to a current student, the fee is reduced to $75 for the Application Fee.​
Interview
Once your application and fee have been submitted and processed, the Admissions Office will reach out to schedule an Interview.
Assessment
  • Grades 1-6 will include a literacy and math assessment appropriate to grade level
    • Our goal is to understand the student's current abilities in order to best support each child's academic success
  • Grades 7-12 will include a writing sample ​
