Athletics - Girls Basketball
Working hard, being honest, caring about others, putting others first, having a positive attitude, commitment, controlling things we can control (like our effort), and accepting things we can not control (like the referees) are all part of the game of basketball.
Taking pride in your role on the team, accepting ownership for your actions, a willingness to accept change, stepping outside your comfort zone, and having faith in the "unknown" are values our program strives to teach.
If WE work towards valuing and expressing these actions everyday as individual, coaches, as teammates, and as a team, WE will have the best chance to win and succeed.
Even more, WE believe if we strive everyday to build a strong sense of character in the classroom, on the court, and in other areas of life, each Lady Ram will leave the basketball program at Monroe Catholic High School having learned tools for life. WE believe one's life may change, but that deep down, once you are a Monroe Catholic Ram, you're always a Monroe Catholic Ram.
